Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared with Entegi. (“Company”) during the use of the Platform on the Site by persons (“User(s)”) who register as members on the site located at www.entegi.com (“Site”). The Privacy Policy is an annex and an integral part of the User Agreement concluded with the User.

The Content uploaded to the Site by the User is the property of the User. The Company will not disclose or sell this Content without the prior consent of the User.

The Company will not disclose the Content transmitted to it electronically via the Site to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement it has made with the Users. In this context, the Company undertakes to keep the Content strictly private and confidential, to consider this as a confidentiality obligation, and to take all necessary measures and show due diligence to ensure and maintain confidentiality, to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or from unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party.

If the User gives approval to the Company, the Content may be processed, stored and transferred to third parties by the Company and its partners to provide the services requested by the User, within the framework of the User's approval, for purposes such as payment transactions, invoicing and processing, bank integration, third party applications to which the User has granted access and direct marketing.

The Company may disclose the Content to other users for the purpose of providing requested services such as sending invoices, sharing payment information, etc. If the User wishes to use the Content of another user, the Company will obtain approval from the relevant user and will use the Content within the scope of this approval.

Personal information may be used to contact the User or to improve the User's experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support of services, development of existing services, creation of new services and provision of personalized services), and may also be processed, stored and transferred to third parties for the purposes of creating a database, maintaining memberships and performing other activities necessary to provide the Company's services to the User.

The Company may anonymize the usage and transaction information of the User on the Site and store, process and transmit it to its business partners for the time required to achieve these purposes in order to use it in statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns and donation campaigns of the Company and its business partners, annual reports and similar reports.

The information requested from Users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be conducted through the Site and who consent to the processing of their personal information may be used by the Company for the purpose of direct marketing to these individuals, statistical analysis and creation of a database.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors may download and extract any location information from images on the website.
