Filter by category, brand, marketplace, XML source and price. If you pick no filter, all your products are exported.
Ready-made template
Download the empty template, fill it in and upload it. Just do not delete the column keys in the template.
Matched by barcode
Products are matched by barcode. On existing products only filled cells are updated; empty cells are left untouched.
Check before upload
You see the total, valid and invalid row counts. Invalid rows are not uploaded; valid rows are.
History and error report
Jobs run in the background. Follow their status on the History tab and download the Excel file and the error report.
Variant support
You can include variants when you export.

Which file format is supported?
Imports use .xlsx files up to 40 MB. For the best results, use the template you download from the panel.
Does uploading from Excel delete my existing products?
No. On products whose barcode matches, only filled cells are updated and empty cells are left untouched. Products that come from an XML source may be changed again by the next XML update.
Which plans include Excel integration?
