Reply: When you want to upload more products to your Entegi panel than the limit in your package, the system suggests a package upgrade. After upgrading the package, you can continue the product upload process.
Question : What is involved in order management?
Reply: You can see all orders in your marketplace, e-commerce and c2c accounts included in the system from your entegi panel. You can transfer orders to cargo companies.
Question : Can I change my plan whenever I want?
Reply: You can upgrade your plan at any time and upgrade to the next package according to your needs.

Reply: You can perform bulk product upload with xml integration and web service integration. Then you can edit/update your products.
Question : Can sub-category management be done in the system?
Reply: You can define your main categories and then add as many subcategories as you want. You can match your products with any category you want and add them to more than one category.
Question : When I update the price and stock amount in the panel will it be updated in the marketplace.
Reply: Any price or stock changes that you make from your Entegi panel will be updated in Marketplace.
Question : Can I change the price and stock of my products captured with XML?
Reply: Yes, you can make edits/updates on your products captured via xml and change prices and stocks.
Question : Can I upload multiple products with Excel?
Reply: Currently, product uploading with Excel is not available. We are constantly improving our system, it will be added very soon.
Question : Can I see the price-stock history?
Reply: You can view all price-stock changes you have made from the system.
Question : Can I create a promotion with certain price?
Reply: Yes, you can create a promotional (strike-through) price from the details of the relevant product. The price you will send to the marketplaces will be the 'Display Price' in your panel.
Question : Can I sell without stock?
Reply: You can't do it on dropshipping marketplaces.

Reply: You can edit/update the orders that come to your Entegi panel.

Reply: You can notify your customer about the status of the order via e-mail or SMS from your integrated panel.
Question : Can I print a shipping receipt for my orders?
Reply: Yes, you can print a shipping receipt for your orders.
Question : Can I print invoices for my orders?
Reply: You can transfer your orders to E-Invoice companies.
Question : Can I print out a shipping barcode for my orders?
Reply: Yes, you can print the cargo barcode for your orders.

Reply: Yes, you can integrate with more than one shipping company, and you can transfer the order you want to any shipping company that you want.
Question : How does cargo integration work?
Reply: You can transfer orders from marketplaces and your e-commerce site to cargo from a single panel, print the cargo receipt and deliver the order to the cargo company with the barcode printout.
Question : Which panel will I use to control my shipping operations?
Reply: With Entegi panel you can print a shipping receipt, and barcodes. Also, you can cancel shipping's and manage refund transactions whit in our panel.
Question : Can I invoice the incoming orders from the entegi panel?
Reply: You can easily issue invoices for all orders coming from all sales channels with in your integi panel.
Question : Can I track my income and expenses through integration?
Reply: You can easily track your income and expenses on a single panel with your pre-accounting integration.
Question : How Many Products Can I Add with XML Integration?
Reply: With XML integration you can add XML sources according to your plan: 1 in Starter, 5 in Professional and 10 in Business. 🚀 The XML product limit is 10,000 main products in Starter, 30,000 in Professional and 100,000 in Business. 📌 Variants such as color and size are not included in this limit, so you can add as many variants as you want within each product.
Question : Can I send my products to the marketplace under my own brand?
Reply: Yes, you can! 🎉 You can easily send your products to the marketplace with your own brand by matching the marketplace brand with your own brand from the brand details in your Entegi panel. 🚀
Question : Can I Add Margin to Products Coming via XML?
Reply: Yes, you can add it! 💰 By specifying a price-based profit margin in the XML integration, you can ensure that products are transferred to the Entegi panel by adding the profit margin you specify. Thus, you can manage your prices automatically. 🚀
