This Explicit Consent Text aims to inform you about and obtain your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data for marketing communications within the scope of services provided by Entegi, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and related legislation.
Your explicit consent covers the processing of your personal data for the purpose of contacting you about Entegi's products and services, campaigns, discounts, newsletters, surveys and other promotional activities. This consent is separate from the User Agreement and from data processing necessary for the performance of the service, and is not mandatory.
For marketing purposes, your name, e-mail address, phone number and communication preferences are processed.
If you give consent, Entegi may contact you via e-mail, SMS and/or telephone calls. You may restrict your consent per channel; please contact us for such requests.
Your data processed for marketing purposes are retained until you withdraw your consent or until the legal retention periods expire.
Your data may be shared with domestic communication infrastructure providers and the Message Management System (İYS) engaged for the delivery of commercial electronic messages. Necessary security measures are taken under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
You may withdraw the explicit consent you have given at any time. You may submit your request via the Message Management System (www.iys.org.tr) or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. You may also use the "unsubscribe" link at the end of all commercial electronic messages.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom the data are transferred domestically or abroad, request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion/destruction in accordance with the law, and exercise the other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
